An apostille is a certification that authenticates the origin of a public document, making it valid across borders. This streamlined process, established by the Hague Convention of 1961, ensures that documents like birth certificates, marriage licenses, and academic diplomas are recognized in other member countries. Apostille is performed by district or provincial governorates in Türkiye.
